These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Azul Jets’ services, a division of BLUEBNC SPAIN SL ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our private jet charter services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Legal Entity Information

Azul Jets operates as a division of BLUEBNC SPAIN SL:

2. Services Provided

Azul Jets offers private jet charter services, including:

  • Aircraft sourcing and booking.

  • Coordination of additional services such as catering, ground transportation, and special requests.

We act as an aviation broker and do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by licensed air carriers that comply with applicable aviation regulations.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All bookings are subject to aircraft availability at the time of confirmation.

3.2 Payment

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in your invoice.

  • All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees, which will be outlined in the charter agreement.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days, less applicable cancellation fees.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

4.1 Identification and Documentation

  • Passengers must carry valid identification and travel documents, including passports, visas, or any other required permits.

4.2 Baggage

  • Baggage is subject to weight and volume limits specified for the aircraft. Excess baggage may not be accommodated.

  • Prohibited items, including hazardous materials, must not be brought onboard.

4.3 Conduct

  • Passengers must comply with crew instructions and safety protocols at all times.

  • Azul Jets reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

5. Liability

5.1 Azul Jets' Role

  • Azul Jets acts as an intermediary between clients and licensed air carriers. We are not liable for operational matters, including delays, cancellations, or incidents.

5.2 Force Majeure

  • Azul Jets is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, technical issues, or acts of God.

5.3 Indemnification

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azul Jets, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.

8. Amendments

Azul Jets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other written communication.
